BLUE falls into the class of 1-2 wings, but its excellent performances give it a great privilege over the other 1-2 wings; it even has a privilege over some 2nd class wings.

The result of all this is BLUE, which displays good balancing speed with excellent performances in the area of the lower line of weight range.
